International Mobility, Intercultural Awareness, and Cultural Diversity of the Youth
Competition Brief
Students should showcase their creativity by creating a digital story of no more than 4 minutes that incorporates a variety of media, including audio, video, and images. The purpose is to question people’s ingrained views and perspectives on the world, themselves, and other people. The digital story may be inspired by real-life events, or it may be made up entirely from the student’s imagination while still capturing current events.
Eligibility
Students from all departments are encouraged to apply and create their own digital stories. Only students who are not in their fourth year of study, and those who will be continuing their education at ULAB during the 2023-2024 academic year will be eligible for the prize. Students must also have a passport that will remain valid till March 2024.
How to submit
All students will need to submit the final version of their digital story by emailing the file (in a google drive link) to cqs@ulab.edu.bd. The submission file should follow the following format: LastName_FirstName_ULABDepartment_DigitalStoryTitle (e.g.Khan_Tushar_ULABMSJ_Inception).

Prize
Three winners will be chosen to attend a two-week Student Boot Camp to be organized by Varna University of Management in Varna, Bulgaria. All expenses required for travel and stay will be funded by the Harmony Project.
Program Workshop
A workshop on digital storytelling and the competition theme will be conducted by the Center for Critical and Qualitative Studies, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh mid-February. Further details on the workshop will be provided to participants through email.
